This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Entry Requirement
While there are no entry requirements defined in the training package, International students entering this course at ACE, requires the following criteria to met:
· Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement
· Successful completion of Australian Equivalent Year 12 qualification or higher.
· IELTS score of 5.5 or PTE Academic (Updated) score of 36 or equivalent.
In addition, Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point). Successfully complete the LLN test administered by ACE.
Assessment
Assessment will usually commence in the session following delivery. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or a further training need is identified and addressed

Academic Pathways from the qualification: After achieving BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, individuals could progress to BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or other Advanced Diploma courses within the business training package.
Employment Pathways from the qualification: This qualification provides a pathway to work as a middle management role within various Business settings. Possible job titles include:
