
Course Overview
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Course Duration
40 Weeks including breaks where 36 weeks are classroom training.

Entry Requirement
· Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement
· Successful completion of Australian Equivalent Year 12 qualification or higher.
· IELTS score of 5.5 or PTE score of 42 or equivalent.
· Successfully complete the LLN test administered by ACE.
In addition, Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Assessment
Assessment will usually commence in the session following delivery. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or a further training need is identified and addressed
Pathways for Students
Participants are provided with advice on employment and training options throughout the delivery of the program (but no guarantees are implied or given).
Recommended Training Pathways:
Pathways into the qualification: Individuals may enter BSB42015 - Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
· with limited no vocational experience; or
· lower level qualifications
Pathways from the qualification: After achieving BSB42015 - Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, individuals could progress to BSB51918 - Diploma of Leadership and Management or other Advanced Diploma courses within the business training package.
Employment Pathways from the qualification:This qualification provides a pathway to work as a middle management role within various Business settings. Possible job titles include:
