Course Overview
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas.

52 Weeks including breaks where 40 weeks are classroom training.

Entry Requirement
While there are no entry requirements defined in the training package, International Students entering this course at ACE, requires the following criteria to met:
● Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement.
● Successful completion of Australian Equivalent Diploma qualification or higher
● IELTS score of 5.5 or PTE Academic score of 36 or equivalent.
● In addition, Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills and have access to a personal computer & internet or laptop together with Office 365 & internet.
● Successfully complete the LLND test administered by ACE
Assessment
Assessment will usually commence in the session following delivery. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or a further training need is identified and addressed.

Participants are provided with advice on employment and training options throughout the delivery of the program (but no guarantees are implied or given).
Academic Pathways from the Qualification:
After achieving BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), inidividuals could progress to higher education degree course depending upon the individual universities' entry requirements.
Employment Pathways from the Qualification:
This qualification provides a pathway to work in a senior managerial role with various Business settings. Possible job titles include:
